/ 03 — COMMISSION

Tell us what to make.

Commissions are how the studio takes on one-off work — a piece, a series, a brand object, a fit-out. You bring the goal; we scope it, quote it honestly, and build it. The first step is a short inquiry, no obligation.
How a commission runs

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Inquiry

Send the brief below. The more you tell us about goal, size, and timing, the sharper the first reply.
02

Scope & quote

Within two business days you get a written scope, a fixed or ranged quote, and a realistic timeline.
03

Make

On a 50% deposit we start. You see progress at agreed checkpoints — nothing is a surprise at the end.
04

Deliver

Final balance, then it ships or installs. Custom work is final sale, but we don't finish until it's right.

Send the brief.

No commitment — this just opens a conversation. Fields marked * help us reply with something useful instead of a generic "tell us more."

Reply in 2 business days

A real person reads every brief. You'll hear back with questions or a first scope, not an auto-reply.

Quotes before commitment

You approve the scope and price in writing before any money or making starts.

6+ years, 3,400 pieces

From single objects to full signage fit-outs. If it can be made by hand, it's probably in range.
